The first session of the Odessa Criminal Law Forum “Golden Duke” will focus on the judicial and law enforcement systems in the face of new challenges.
We will discuss changes in criminal procedure resulting from judicial reform, the specifics of collecting and verifying “electronic” evidence, the disciplinary liability of investigating judges, and the specifics of defense in criminal proceedings involving “cybercrimes.”
